The Way Forward After the 10th Anniversary of the Adoption of the Paris Agreement
——《巴黎协定》达成10周年后的前进方向
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union (EU) and the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Paris Agreement, the Chinese and EU leaders hereby:
值此中欧建交50周年和《巴黎协定》达成10周年之际，中国和欧盟领导人：
Reiterate that in the fluid and turbulent international situation today, it is crucial that all countries, notably the major economies maintain policy continuity and stability and step up efforts to address climate change;
重申在当前变乱交织的国际形势下，世界各国尤其是主要经济体保持政策连续性与稳定性、加大应对气候变化努力至关重要。
Recognize that strengthening China-EU cooperation on climate change bears on the well-being of the peoples on both sides and is of great and special significance to upholding multilateralism and advancing global climate governance;
认为中欧加强应对气候变化合作，关乎双方人民福祉，对维护多边主义、推进全球气候治理具有特殊重要意义。
Emphasize that the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement are the cornerstone of international climate cooperation, and that all parties should adhere to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, in the light of different national circumstances, and implement the UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement in a comprehensive, good-faith and effective manner;
强调《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《巴黎协定》是国际气候合作的基本遵循，各方应坚持共同但有区别的责任和各自能力原则，考虑不同国情，全面、善意、有效地落实《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《巴黎协定》。
Recognize that the China-EU green partnership is an important part of the China-EU partnership, that green is the defining color of China-EU cooperation, and that the two sides have a solid foundation and broad space for cooperation in the field of green transition.
认为中欧绿色伙伴关系是中欧伙伴关系的重要组成部分，绿色是中欧合作鲜明底色，双方在绿色转型领域有坚实的合作基础和广阔的合作空间。
The two sides agree to demonstrate leadership together to drive a global just transition in the context of sustainable development and poverty eradication and are committed to:
双方同意共同发挥引领作用，在推进可持续发展和消除贫困的同时推动全球公正转型，致力于：
1. Upholding the central role of the UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement and fully and faithfully implementing their goals and their principles;
1．维护《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《巴黎协定》的核心地位，全面准确落实其目标及原则。
2. Strengthening results-oriented actions, and turning their respective climate targets into tangible outcomes through systematic policies and concrete actions and measures;
2．强化务实行动，以系统政策体系和扎实行动举措，把各自气候目标转化为切实成果。
3. Working with all parties to support Brazil in hosting a successful 30th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC (COP30) and promoting ambitious, equitable, balanced and inclusive outcomes of the conference;
3．与各方一道，支持巴西成功举办《联合国气候变化框架公约》第三十次缔约方大会（COP30），推动大会取得富有雄心、公平、平衡和包容的成果。
4. Accelerating the global renewable energy deployment and facilitating the access to quality green technologies and products, so that they can be available, affordable and beneficial for all countries, including the developing countries;
4．加快全球可再生能源部署，促进优质绿色技术和产品的流动，使包括发展中国家在内的各国都能用得上、用得起、用得好。
5. Enhancing adaptation efforts and support, in order to accelerate swift action at scale and at all levels, from local to global;
5．加强适应气候变化的努力与支持，以推动从地方到全球各层面加快开展大规模行动。
6. Submitting before COP30 their respective 2035 NDCs covering all economic sectors and all greenhouse gases and in alignment with the long-term temperature goal of the Paris Agreement; and
6．在《联合国气候变化框架公约》第三十次缔约方大会（COP30）前提交2035年国家自主贡献（NDCs）。双方国家自主贡献将覆盖全经济范围，包括所有温室气体，并符合《巴黎协定》长期气温目标。
7. Enhancing bilateral cooperation in such areas as energy transition, adaptation, methane emissions management and control, carbon markets, and green and low-carbon technologies to drive their respective green and low-carbon transition processes together.
7．加强在能源转型、气候适应、甲烷排放管控、碳市场、绿色低碳技术等领域双边合作，协力推动各自绿色低碳转型进程。
