随话说，知己知彼，百战不殆，首先，我们先来看看初赛、复赛、决赛的口译都有哪些题型，考查范围是什么。
初赛口译满分为100分，时间为60分钟，共3种题型50道题，全部为客观题。参赛选手不得使用任何纸质词典、电子词典和工具书。
考察内容包括翻译职业道德、基础语言知识、口译常见表达、基本翻译技巧等。
复赛、决赛口译满分为100分，时间为60分钟，共2种题型2道题，全部为主观题。
参赛选手应具备较好的听力基础，从语言的角度能够正确理解讲话人给出的信息，并能用准确、达意的目标语言表达出来。
接下来，让我们看看有哪些实用的口译技巧，通过运用一些技巧，恰当处理译文。
（一）三秒原则
口译活动讲求即时性，不论是交传还是同传，讲者话音落下的三秒钟之内，译员必须要开口翻译，这是最基本的原则，也是译员的最基本素养。
（二）信息听解
主干信息为一级信息，一级信息菜单下为二级信息，而围绕二级信息展开的内容就是三级信息，以此类推。做笔记时，也可以使用表格的缩进格式进行记录，以体现信息的层级区分度。
请读下面一段话，并划分出信息的逻辑层级。
We call these dilemmas.
For example, there exists in any company a tension between short-term profit and long-term investment. Pursuing profit alone comes at the expense of future adaptation. But long-term investment alone ignores present needs. Both are essential, even if they’re sometimes in opposition. This is the nature of a dilemma. If one side prevails, the other side will ultimately bring about defeat.
Often in a dilemma, you’ll find a fixed value, strongly protected and considered the foundation of success, like short-term profit. We call this fundamental priority the rock. On the other side of a dilemma, there is a dynamic and unpredictable value, like an organization’s shifting culture, environmental impact or new technologies. We call this value the river. Less tangible, more fluid, but essential to navigate for long-term success and survival.
这段信息的逻辑层级划分如下：
口译中主要关注的逻辑关系包括包含关系、并列（分类）、因果关系、对比对照、举例说明，还需要关注信息间按照时间、空间、步骤、重要性的顺序排列（sequencing）。逻辑关系的提示词有很多，例如：
①表示概括关系的词汇有to sum up，in summary，in conclusion，in brief，in short，on the whole等；
②表示顺序的词汇有first，second，furthermore，before，preceding，during，when，finally，meanwhile等；
③表示对比的词汇有likewise，as well as，in common with，both，similarly，compared to等；
④表示对照的词汇有on the other hand，on the contrary，otherwise，instead，still，yet，whereas，differently等；
⑤表示因果的词汇有so，since，as，because；as a result，consequently，lead to等。
听解过程中，需要注意不能被动地接收信息，而应在全神贯注地收听的同时，结合自己对口译情境和发言人背景的了解，主动进行合理分析和预测，这样才能更好地跟上发言人的思路，缓解“听”本身带来的压力。
总而言之，在口译学习的初级阶段，通过复述与逻辑分析（与复盘）练习听解能力，才会为交传学习打下坚实的基础。
